		<description>? my husband and I just started the P90X program and my husband went shopping with your shopping list and was wondering if there is somewhere I can get where you use everything.  I got Jello but when and where is it incorperate in the diet.  I need help with dinner recipes that are satisfing to him.(needs some kind of meat) This is hard for me when I really dont know where to begin.</description>

I&#039;ve decided to start my diet and eat healthier foods, so what I did was cut out as much unnecessary fats and sweets out of anything that I eat. However, I read something on your forum earlier thats said I need a certain percantage of fats carbs and proteins in my diet accordingly to P90X, but I don&#039;t know how I could calculate that being as I&#039;m only 15 years old. So is it okay if I have minimal fats, and then mostly carbs and protein? If not what could I do?</description>
