		<description>Hi, im doing p90x and im on my 7th week. :) I agree with you 100% about eating heathly and working out your abs not everyday. Im seeing results, but after a while they seem to fade away? Why is that i mean i can feel it. When i finish the workout they show and disappear after a while, not 100 percent but a lil bit of it. My other question is sir, ive been reading the nutrient guide but i don&#039;t have all that food ingredients? What kind of great foods do you suggest that i should eat in the mornings, afternoons and evenings?</description>
