@Kayla. P90X has heavier resistance training for the legs, but you will work the legs most with Insanity.

@Jenny. It's going to be very tough for him to do some of the workouts, especially the cardio ones, which involve a lot of jumping around. If he can't put much weight on his legs, he might be able to only do the upper body workouts, but that's probably it.

My husband got his leg crushed 2 years ago. Since then he has gained some weight due to not being as mobile. Do you think he could do the P90X since he can't put full weight on both legs???

@Joe. If you want great results, then you better start committing yourself to the diet! The diet is the most important part of the program and what ultimately determines how great of results you get. Also, I don't recommend using any fat burners if that's what you're talking about.

Also, have you made me your coach yet? If not, you can do so by clicking on this link: https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/47458

Josh: I'm on the recovery week of Insanity. I've only lost 4 lbs so far, but my frame is getting leaner. My goal was to get down from 190 to 150 but that doesn't seem like it's going to happen. I suck at following nutrition guidelines. Would taking a fat loss supplement cause any harm while doing Insanity?

@Jaime. If you're going to do Insanity before your lifting routine, it's crucial that you replenish your body of nutrients lost by taking in the Recovery Formula and also eating. If not, you might not get in a good lift because of low glycogen stores.

I am on my 5th day of Insanity, I weigh 228 pounds and 5,4in tall. Is it okay to do insanity workout 3 hours before weightlifting? I normally do Insanity right after I get home from work at 5pm, rest and have dinner and hit the gym for heavy weightlifting at 8 or 9 pm.
