As most of the &quot;pre-workout&quot; products (or maybe everyone of them), they all indicate that we should consume them with an empty stomach. Now back to the Whey. Is there any &quot;not to do&quot; indication you would recommend about combining whey and other meals in common? i mean, since i tend to sleep really late, i need my cup of coffee in the morning but i drink it 1 hour after i had my whey serving. The label says nothing about the combination of Whey and Caffeine, but i&#039;m afraid i may be messing the whey formula. Thanks for all the feedback dude. Take care.</description>

Why am I experiencing pain in the right arm, uppper in the muscle area? Its not a sore pain, the different pain that makes my arm weak after my work out. I am drinking a lot of water during work out and through out the day. I never had this happen but started having it for the past few weeks.</description>
