		<description>I wish i can get it, but i cant, i took the P90X DvD&#039;s from a friend, but in My Country we have Cambiary Control ( i think that the way to say it ) and we can&#039;t have free dollars ($) to make payments on inet, also i ask for it in a fitness center where i buy my whey protein and they dont sell it..</description>

		<description>@Alberto. You want to take your whey shake after the workout, not before. Also, there is nothing wrong with taking another one later in the evening after your second workout. Have you thought about getting the Recovery Formula? Really, that&#039;s what you need to be using post workout.</description>

If after, should i take another whey protein shake in the night after the another workout? And its there a problem having the protein shake with the breakfast?
