		<description>@Greg. I&#039;m pretty sure it says that the bar can hold up to 300lbs. Whether or not that includes your frame or not, I&#039;m not too sure. However, when I first started the program, I worked out with a buddy of mine who was about 240lbs at the time, and it didn&#039;t hurt his frame. I always put a few towels in between the handle and the frame to keep it from marking up as well.</description>

Do you know if this bar is able to work without a door frame?
