		<description>Thanks man! You might want to get 15&#039;s and 25&#039;s, all depending on how much you can do for each exercise. You want to make sure you get in the right amount of reps, and it might take those weights in order to do so.</description>

What do you recommend I do about weights? I am using bands right now and I feel they are not very effective for me no matter how much resistance I give them. I would like to aqcuire some weights but they are very expensive! (College student =] ) I have been going through the workouts with the bands to get started but I&#039;d like to get into phase 2 with weights, thank you and great job!
