It&#039;s important that you not work the same muscle group 2 days in a row or else they won&#039;t heal properly, so if you have chest on Monday for P90X, don&#039;t work the chest on Sunday.</description>

Just wanted to ask a quick question to do with p90x and your sunday gym workout. I would love to add this to my training. my question is, what do you do on sundays? and do u continue your p90x the day after?? for example if your doing barbell bench and dumbbell presses etc is it ok to continue p90x the day after seeming you hit the chest again with either chest and back or chest shoulders tri&#039;s.

		<description>hey josh, i am 15 and am about to start P90X. i have all the right things to start like protien and dumbbells/bands/pullup bar. my only problem is eating. my parents are divorced so i have to meet up with them and eat out ALOT i cant drive yet so there arent very many options. my question is what is a healthy thing to eat that most restraunts have? or if i would be better off with a protien shake at home after? i will be starting P90X soon and am amazed with your results!!
