		<description>Hello, im on my third month of p90x and i have lost alot of weight...205 to 179...im 16 years old 5&#039;5 and have to say p90x is the best...but i still have fat...e.g love handles...ive been doing the doubles routine and have to say the cardio x but i need help with the nutrition plan...should i move to phase 3 to keep up with the program or should i stick with phase 2???</description>

		<description>@Jimmy. There is nothing wrong with only being able to do 2 pull-ups. Just continue pushing yourself during the workouts and you will notice that you will improve as time goes on. How long it takes just depends on how your body responds.</description>
