But i have a question. I teach tennis 6 days a week and i want to a meal plan. Not necessarily the p90x plan. But i am not sure how i would be able to have a small meal while i am at work so should i bring a snack like some veggies or chicken? Or should i bring a whey protein shake. I am trying to lose about 7 pounds and gain some muscle. And lastly, is it ok to just heat up some low calorie lean cuisines as my meals?
