		<description>@Tony. It&#039;s fine man. Just commit yourself every day to the diet and workouts. Also, you can run before your workout, but make sure you adjust your diet accordingly. You might have to increase the calories slightly.</description>

its been a long time since i last did p90x. Now, i can barely do the same quantity and do as much as i can and bag the rest. Is this fine, as long as i eventually am able to do as much as i used to? also, i used to run after my workout, is it ok if i run about 4 hours before since that&#039;s when i most have time? thx

I recently purchased P90X, but do not have a coach yet.  I read somewhere that one purpose of having a coach is to help keep you accountable.  If you don&#039;t mind me asking, how do *you* help those who have you as a coach to stay on track and be accountable for their workouts and diet?

I realize that you are available to answer questions and such... I&#039;m just wondering if the whole coach/trainee relationship goes beyond that.
