@AJ. You have to replenish your body of the carbs lost and put in the proper nutrients for post workout recovery, and that's why it's important to take the Recovery Formula, even if you work out late.

@Miles. It depends on how your body responds. Mine retains water when I take creatine, but I know others who don't have that problem.

Hey Josh,
Right now I'm at about 14% bodyfat looking to get down to about 7-8% bf. Would taking nox or any creatine supplement set me back as far as water retention with the creatine?

@Jeff. That sounds pretty good, but I've heard that it's not beneficial to take the Recovery Formula and whey protein at the same time. However, I have done this before and it's never affected me. What you need to do is post this question on the Team Beachbody Community forums for the Nutrition Experts. Let me know what they say.

Yo Josh!

What I typically like to do because of my schedule is workout in the morning. Because of this i usually throw in one serving of whey protein and mix that in a blender with my recovery drink. so it comes out to like 330 calories but its also acting as my breakfast. Is this okay? It tastes delicous and its like 34 g's of protein and 41 g's of carbs and barely any fat as you would know in either products plus water.

Thanks

@Rizen. Follow the Classic version and commit yourself to the Nutrition Guide. You can find a list of supplements that I use and recommend in the "Q&A" section of this site.

@Rizen. You need to start with the Classic version, which is what I did during my first round of the program. Also, have you made me your coach yet? If not, you can do so by going to this link: https://teambeachbody.com/signup/-/signup/free/47458
