@Eddie. To answer your questions..

(1) I'm pretty sure you burn anywhere from 600-800 cals with P90X workouts.
(2) Yeah, it does contradict each other. Focus on either gaining mass or losing body fat, not both.

I also i just read your conversation with tony... I feel i need to do the same... Maybe like Tony said, for me a bike ride to school and back [est 25 miles] two days a week on top of p90x...
I say this becuase like i say on my recent admission, to gain mass and get some difinition (main target ABS)...
Sorry for long questions. I just want to get it right.

Hey Josh. I had a question...Would you happen to know how much one burns on average for every P90X workout... i just read from the P90X nutrition guide " Add the calories required for your exercise needs, which we have calculated at 600 calories per day for the P90X Program."
That's it right? I just want to make sure I'm reading that right.

Also my goal for my 2nd round is to build mass but also wanting difinition on my Abs... Does that contridict each other?
I'm planning to add doubles and go burn some calories by running after some odd workouts each week. I appreciate the feedback and help man! You're help to thousands!!!

@Tony. Make sure you adjust your diet accordingly if you're going to be doing 2 workouts per day.

@Tony. Personally, I don't think that you should add in running along with P90X. I did that in the past and it led to a plateau.

@Brittany! Hey Brittany! I've been starting to see and hear about more and more middle school and high school sports programs incorporating P90X into their conditioning, and I think it's an excellent idea. I wish I would have known about the program back when I was in high school!
