@gman. That's the first time I've ever heard of that. When I used creatine, I can assure you it didn't make me weaker.

why? i asked my pharmasist today if i should and he said that it would be the exact same if i took protein naturally. and he said creatine will make me weaker? it said it on my bottle it says "research shows that creatine users had a significant increase in peak power output, mean body mass and muscular performance. depletion of phosphocreatine can result in muscular fatigue and FADING MUSCLE POWER." like what does this mean? will i become weaker? and what will the creatine do for me if i did take it? the pharmasist said it wont really do anything

@Gman. You can take whey protein on your off days, but it's not necessary to take creatine.

Make sure you follow me on Facebook: facebook.com/JoshSpencerFitness

@Tony. No, those aren't healthy at all! You won't have to restart the workout, but just commit from here on out. Make sure you stick to the Nutrition Guide.
