Ultimate Reset Review: Day 2

Beachbody Ultimate Reset Review: Day 2

Yesterday sucked, that’s all there is to it. Like I shared in yesterdays Beachbody Ultimate Reset review, I woke up with a headache, but it got progressively worse throughout the day. It got to the point where my head was pounding, I was extremely sensitive to light and sound, and was even very nauseated. What’s worse, though, is that I wasn’t able to take anything to take it away, so I dealt with it for 15 hours, yes, 15 HOURS! I tried everything, from taking a hot shower to taking naps, but no matter what I did, it still wanted to hang

around. I don’t know if it was my body releasing some of the toxins or if I was going through some sort of caffeine withdrawal, but it wasn’t fun. What was odd about it too was that it felt like I had some sort of sinus infection and the pressure in my head was unbelievable. What helped some was when I went outside or just sat literally straight up, which is what I did for about 3 hours last night before bed, and that seemed to help quite a bit actually. Regardless, I was miserable yesterday.

On a good note, the food was fantastic and I never got hungry during the day! For breakfast we had oatmeal with blueberries and plain yogurt with honey and it tasted delicious. For lunch we had a chicken salad with the same dressing that we used from the day before, and for a snack we had an apple with organic peanut butter, which was one of the snack options. Dinner was my favorite meal of the day, though, and we had corn tortillas with homemade salsa, avocado, brown rice, black beans, and some steamed spinach with sunflower seeds on the side. So far I’m absolutely LOVING the Ultimate Reset recipes!

I’ve had some changes happen today, but I will talk about that in tomorrows’ Ultimate Reset Review. Good news, though, is that I don’t have a  headache! Again, if you want to learn more about the Ultimate Reset, just click here!

I periodically get bizarre headaches like that too and I find it usually has something to do with what I ate. Maybe your body was getting used to the new supplements. I also find that sleeping sitting up is the best way, with a cold compress on your head.
