Hey Josh, the results look crazy. I’m pretty skinny but athletic and I’m looking to bulk up for college haha. Which program is best for my goals?
Thanks
@Jake. Thanks bro! I would go with P90X, which contains a balance of both cardio and resistance. Insanity is more for fat loss only. If you purchase the program, you can do so from this site and I will become your coach and be here to help you through the program. Let me know if you have other questions.
Hello, I’ve been really wanting to get into some kind of program to get in shape. The problem I have is that I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, some nerve damage in the same arm, and pretty much just alot of ailments in general. Working out really doesn’t do alot, the impact from running/jogging is too much for my knee’s, but I would really like to hear from you and hear about the kind of workouts and exercises some of the programs have. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Tyvm.
@Edward. Insanity is going to be too much for your knees because of the impact. P90X is better, but still contains some high impact exercises that you could replace with something else.
