@Gibsom. There are different programs that you can do or just do another round of P90X. I did one more round of P90X and then incorporated P90X Plus, and then Insanity and some others. You might want to consider a P90X/Insanity hybrid as well.

@Nemi. Yeah, I will become your coach if you order through here. You're going to love the program! Also, if you are able to get dumbbells, then I recommend that you do so. I like them much better than the bands.

Let me know if you have other questions!

@Nemi. You're not going to want to start off with P90X Plus, but rather the regular P90X. P90X Plus is much more intense and tough to do if you haven't gone through P90X. You can always purchase the pull-up bar and resistance bands to get you started. In fact, I have a package deal for sale on this site, and here's the link: http://www.iwanttogetripped.com/programs/p90x-peak-results-package/

Hi Josh!
I'm from Switzerland and I consider to start with the P90X- program!.. I have someone in the USA who can ship me the stuff. :)

My question is, which program should I order?
P90X® Plus or the one from Beachbody?.. I do not have any equipment @ home yet so I might consider buying the Plus.

Thanks in advance for your reply and I'm looking forward to work with you! :)

Cheers,
Nemi

@Edward. Insanity is going to be too much for your knees because of the impact. P90X is better, but still contains some high impact exercises that you could replace with something else.

Hello, I've been really wanting to get into some kind of program to get in shape. The problem I have is that I have a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, some nerve damage in the same arm, and pretty much just alot of ailments in general. Working out really doesn't do alot, the impact from running/jogging is too much for my knee's, but I would really like to hear from you and hear about the kind of workouts and exercises some of the programs have. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Tyvm.

@Jake. Thanks bro! I would go with P90X, which contains a balance of both cardio and resistance. Insanity is more for fat loss only. If you purchase the program, you can do so from this site and I will become your coach and be here to help you through the program. Let me know if you have other questions.
