Insanity Review
When I went through the P90X Program, I really didn’t think that there could be a more intense program out there. Well, I was wrong when Beachbody released Insanity. Insanity might just be the most intense home workout system ever released! When I mean intense, I mean gut wrenching, sweat dripping, puddles-on-the-floor intense!
I have to warn you, though, this workout isn’t for beginners! This is for someone who is already in shape, but looking to take their fitness to the next level. However, if you are looking to build a lot of mass, I recommend P90X rather than Insanity. Like I said, Insanity is a high intensity program that burns a ton of calories, which is something you don’t want to do when trying to build a lot of muscle. But if your looking to get absolutely ripped, this program will work for you!
When you receive Insanity, you will get all the DVDs, which are held in a very nice book, and also receive the Elite Nutrition Book to help you eat right during your Insanity journey. You will also receive a calendar to know which days to do what workouts, which will help you stay on track! All of the workouts are very intense, and you will burn up to 1,000 calories per hour, which is unheard of, so be ready to sweat! The reason for the high intensity is because of Max Interval Training, in which there are long bursts of high-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.
Insanity is an excellent program if your ready to get into the best shape of your life! It will help you burn the fat and get that beach body you have always dreamed of! If you’re ready for a challenge, then click below to try Insanity today!

The secret to these mind-blowing results: MAX Interval Training. Shaun T took traditional interval training and flipped it on its head—you perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. The results: burn up to 1,000 calories an hour and get the most insane body in only 60 days.

Okay so im 150 pounds 5′10 ive added mass over the past few months. and still going to do so. I just started insanity. on day 5 awsome stuff. so how should i incorporate weights. should i did it after the workout.. or do weights on my off days?
I would lift once or twice a week on top of the Insanity workouts. Insanity is more for losing fat than building mass.
Cool thanks alot, i need to shed my fat too and and top of that build some size overall and get ripped. and im sure 60 days isnt enough right? i gotta keep on going!
Keep going man!
I was also wondering, i use mutant mass which is a mass gainer.. im guessing this would slow down my process in getting abs? should i just by a whey isolate. or whey blend?
If you are looking to get abs, then you need to get off the mass gainer. Stick with whey isolate.
Hey, so I’m looking into getting either P90X or Insanity. I do want to gain muscle latter on but its not my top priority. I mainly want to gain definition and cardio improvement. I was wondering if I should get P90X or Insanity. I’m in pretty good shape and I’m sure I can start either of these programs. I also wouldn’t mind getting both, but only after I finish a round of either.
Marco, I think you should get P90X first man! I love it because it contains a balance of both cardio and resistance workouts, whereas Insanity is more cardio based than anything. Also, if you purchase from this site, I will become your coach and be here to help you through the program! Let me know if you have other questions.
im 18 and 280lbs i want to do p90x but i dont have the equipment to do it,where can i find it? should i do shaun t’s other cardio video’s with p90x?
You can find all the equipment you will need on this site. You will need the P90X Chin-Up bar and either dumbbells or resistance bands.
I’ve completed a full round of P90X with pretty decent results, but really want to get cut up and ripped. Would Insanity be the right pick for me? How do the workouts compare to Plyo?
@Dan. Yeah, man, go for Insanity! The Insanity workouts are Plyos X10! The warm-up is harder than Plyos..
