Hey josh, So I purchased P90x like 1 year and half ago and I did 2 days of it, then placed it in the closet and it hasent seen the light of day since!!! The reason why is one my self motivation is like a roller coaster and 2 I have a hard time beleiving that you can actually achieve a perfect man’s body (like yours) which is my goal by the way with a DVD box set!!! Oh by the way I am not a fat 400 lbs man, I am about the same size and shape as your day 1 picture!! what can you suggest or what is your comment about my concerns?
@Patrick. You need to just stop being skeptical and try it out for yourself, committing for the entire 90 days to both the diet and the workouts. If you can do that, you will get results! What good does it do to sit there, be skeptical, and remain out of shape? If you want to change, you must take action! Out of the 4,000 people I have coached through the program, not one of them have come to me and said they didn’t see results if they committed themselves 100% to the program.
