		<description>Thanks for reading it bro and thanks for the advice.I can&#039;t really get the book atm because I am out of a job unless my parents get it for me because they are basically trying everything to get me over my problems.I will get the peak results package as soon as I get the money which should be soon hopefully I only have 218.00 atm but if I get more b-day money or money for getting my diploma I will get it then.Will probably be under my mothers credit card and name though since I am 19 and don&#039;t have one atm.I am looking forward to this program and you being my coach everytime I workout now my ears pop after for some reason for a while and then go away hopefully its nothing serious.My adrenaline is pumping already lol and I am self motivated a lot in working out.One thing though I may stop at times because I don&#039;t know my limits exactly I have had three so called seizures and passed out four times while working out in the past two years.One of them was when I was using the speed rope in the garage pushed myself to far and woke up with scrapes and my parent&#039;s over top of me.I am going to push myself though even I have been feling awful I think working out will help me with everything.Who knows maybe even one day you can use my story as an example for p90x that anyone can do it.Sort of use it as a inspiration you know?If a guy with ADHD,Scoliosis,Severe Depresion which factors in with Severe Social Anxiety 6 foot 5 out of shape guy who has seizures every now and then can do it anyone can!After I received my G.E.D the school faculty and my teacher asked if they could call me to come to the classes and talk to people to inspire them because I have overcome a lot and I still have a lot more to overcome just to get to step 1 being a volunteer firefighter and I have a whole lot to overcome to regain friends and maybe get a girl which I have never had.I am a really nice dude love to help people and give a hand to those who don&#039;t have one and Idc if I am taken advantage of.Even if I am scared of about everyone and my personality is basically gone from years of isolation and fear I still love to help people.I am calmer around older people when I use to volunteer at the hospital you could just sit next down to a elder and say hi and they would talk to you for hours telling you about there life and family and the people whom they have met a long the way.I love hearing stories so I don&#039;t mind it I can sit there all day and listen to them and be there to talk with them.Elder&#039;s give me a great amount of hope they help me see that there is a little glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel and everyday it is getting bigger and bigger.I hold my head down a lot thinking about how awful I am and how lonely I am but I always keep saying in my head to never give up no matter what happens keep putting one foot in fron of the other.One day I will accomplish my goals it may take me longer than most people but IDC.I have old friends from where I use to live but I rarely see them.One if not the only thing I may have is the love of helping people I think it is one of the greatest forms of love you can find.If I can try to live for other people and my parents to help who ever needs it I think I can go on with life alone even though I hate even thinking of living alone.I am sorry for the long comments with the bad grammar to bro I hope I didn&#039;t anger you in anyway.Thanks for everything you said and I was amazed at how fast you replied.Is it alright if I was to add you on facebook even though I am not a member yet exactly?Later man hope you have a nice day!</description>

Yes, but if you commit yourself to both the diet and the workouts, you will get awesome results. I think that you should do P90X not only to help you feel better about yourself and build confidence, but to accomplish something as great as committing to something for 90 days straight and being successful at it. Once you do something that tough for 90 days, then you feel like you can accomplish anything you set your mind to.

		<description>Sorry to keep posting but also my doctor put me on a 2,000 calorie a day diet at 6 foot 5.I weighed 286 pounds last year and by doing my own workouts and walking and only two months of follow my doctors live it 2,000 calorie diet I am now down to 239 according to his scale and at 24 percent body fat may be lower now in July I lost 17 pound from just walking 4-10 miles a day at a 4-5 mph pace and lifting weights also and trying to get in 500 sit-ups 3 days a week but atm I am only doing 100 and the kettle-bell core workouts.In 5-6 months the gym guy at the store told my parents I should be ready for a 50 pound kb.They are very nice man when I first got the 35 pound kettle-bell I did 10 swings with two hands to see how it was then 35 swings later on that night after watching some videos and reading the kb book on how to do every workout.After like 10 25 pound weight lifts with each arm and 35 kb two handed swings kind of locking my back into place when I pull up so I don&#039;t hurt it and 15 15 pound kettle-bell tricep workouts.Put the bell over my head and lifting with two hands I mean.I almost had immediate results probably not physically but strength wise.The day before I remember I couldn&#039;t do one military push-up I am strong but I never been good at push-ups or pull-ups my step dad use to workout a lot including 500 sit-ups a day 5 days a week into his workouts.He was strong and really fit but he could do probably 25 push-ups before he was out he said he never found the technique to push-ups and pull-ups.I got scoliosis from heavy lifting at 15-16 anyone can get scoliosis if they don&#039;t lift right.I carried a 200 pound t.v I think when I was 15 down to my friends house a block away.I came back and was going to use the restroom and grab my xbox and halo 2 and I was shocked..When I looked into the mirror I saw that my torso was sideways and it scared me bad.It rarely ever goes out bad on me now and I am hoping when I doo push-ups and sit-ups it wont effect it.After 20 bicep lifts with a 25 pound weight,15 triceps lifts with a kb an 35 two handed lifts between the legs with a 35 pound kettlebell which I got for my b-day since it was yesterday and maybe 45 40 pound red resistance band workout in 3 different posistions one with two hands lifting forward one bicep and one sideways that works my arm muscle and deltoids I think but the band works my upper back,triceps,biceps,abs,forearms and other muscles I can feel I dont know what they are.I could do a few push-ups after those workouts and I was so happy lol I am like yes!I am working out my own way atm and I am very self motivated.The only equipment I have is two kettle-bells one 15 and one 35 pound,two wrist weights,two ankle weights,2 2 pound walking weights,2 5 pound weights,2 10 pound weights,2 25 pound weights,a set of perfect push-ups which I can&#039;t use atm cause I suck at push-ups,2 resistance bands or rip-cords I like to call them one 5-10 pound and the newest one I got for my b-day is a thick red 40 pound resistant band with handles which I can only do 15 in each position I can do more but I don&#039;t want to push it and get hurt I have learned my lesson on going over the limit but I still can push myself until I blackout.I blacked out 4 times last year cause I don&#039;t know my limit tbh I always say to myself come on Ethan one more one hope and be more attractive to the ladies.p90x or spend it all on more workout equipment Idk man I need help p90x looks good but I cant do the pull-ups chinups atm I suck upper body strength wise or pulling my own weight.My step-dad will probably look at this program also and see if he approves of it.My mom thinks I am doing fine just doing my own workouts but I know it&#039;s going to take years to get where I want to be unless I have the p90x or some sort of help.I cant afford a personal trainer and once I begin the p90x if I get it I will bring it and may blackout a few times unless I can 		<description>Do the 3 resistance bands come with handles or not?Atm I only have two bands one 5-10 pound and a red 40 pound band.I am going to be using triumph gloves to workout with to btw just a cheap 10.00 pair but they help and feel good except it just leaves stains on my hands after I USE the 35 pound kettle-belle good thing it just washes off =)</description>
