Transformation Story: “Like many people, I was fairly skinny for the most part of my life. I was a high school tennis player and I never really worried about what I ate. After I went to college, I continued my bad eating habits and totally neglected my active lifestyle that I had in high school. Slowly, I started to gain weight. During the beginning of 2009, I remember seeing a P90X infomercial on TV and I was shocked at the results that people were getting. I decided that this was going to be my solution for losing the weight I had accumulated over the past 4 years. I started my P90X journey on July 10th of 2009. I finished up my first 90 Days on October 8th of 2009. I was extremely pleased with the weight loss but I really wanted to add a little size and get that “ripped” look. I decided that the day after my first round of p90x, I was going to start all over again and complete a second 90 days of P90X. I finished up my second round on January 6th of 2010. I completed 180 days straight of P90X and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. In just 6 months, I was able to go from the worst shape of my life to the best shape of my life with P90X.”
Q: How did Coach Josh help you through your transformation?
A: “When I first started looking into P90X, I wanted to see more results from people who had completed the program. I got on YouTube and searched “P90X results”. The first video I seen was of this crazy ripped guy and all I could think was, “I want to look exactly like that”. Josh’s video gave me the motivation to start P90X. I knew that if he could get results like that, I could too. I soon added Josh as my coach through beachbody. Any questions that I had about P90X, Josh was always extremely helpful.
