only problem is, is that i cant seem to get things like the protein bars and the Shakeology shakes shipped to europe! :(  any idea what i could do?</description>

   I blew out a disc in my cervical spine, and am now partially disabled and cannot lift anything more than 10 pounds with either arm without causing massive pain. Can you make a recommendation on which P90X workout to swap with P90X Chest and Back day 1, that will still give muscle development to my back?

I am 17 and in high school and just finished my first round of P90X but I didn&#039;t follow the diet guide to a perfect tee and didn&#039;t get the results I wanted in terms of getting a six pack but I will follow it in my second round though. I was wondering for my third round if it was ok to do the entire round while wearing a 20 pound vest, 5 pounds on each of my wrists, a 10 pound belt, and 10 pounds on each ankle. I won&#039;t wear the weights though during X Stretch. I was wondering if it was a good idea to do that for the 3rd and 4th round and then from there on add 20 pounds every round until I reach a total of 160 to 190 pounds of weight added on to my body.</description>
