I&#039;ve watched your youtube transformation video and was inspired from it. I&#039;m working out for almost a week and feel really sore, I currently take Isowhey(is that ok?) and wanted to take supplements for faster recovery. I usually go for only organic food, I was wondering if there is supplements that you can recommend which are organic and get me good results. 
Moreover, I&#039;m bit skeptical about using products containing creatine, cuz in past I tried creatine, and I felt more energetic then ever before, but after a while, I felt more injury prone(I injured my knee playing ball,for something relatively easy manouver), infact my leg,arms and back joints started making cracking or popping noises, like when I get or clim stairs etc (for day today activities). I stopped using it right away, and after 2 years or so, I dont have that problem, even after extensive workouts, no bone popping at ALL(just sore muscles which feels good and not scary).

I did end up getting good definition on biceps and shoulders from using creating for over a month, but I dont want to depend on it, I want to follow a normal diet and supplements that are more organic. Can you recommend any?
