Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse Review: Day 3

shakeology 3-day cleanseFriday was my LAST day of the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse, and it was a tough one! The reason is because Friday’s have always been my family night, where we go out to eat and just relax! Of course my family decided that we were going to go to Carrabbas, which happens to be my FAVORITE restaurant! For those of you who don’t know, Carrabbas is an Italian restaurant that is just simply amazing! Because I wanted to stay committed and finish the Shakeology cleanse, I had to sit there and watch them eat all of this amazing food right in front of me, all while sipping on my water.

Let’s back up a little bit and talk about how the beginning of my day went. When I woke up, again I had a slight headache, but it seemed to go away once I had my Shakeology and banana. I didn’t blend the banana with the Shakeology this time, though, and ate it separate because I wanted something solid in my stomach. A few hours later I had another Shakeology, and all I could think about was waking up the next morning and having my usual breakfast, which is 5 egg whites and a whole egg scrambled, a whole wheat bagel with natural peanut butter and cinnamon, along with some coffee. At this point I was craving the caffeine because it’s been 3 DAYS! I’m 100% positive the headaches were from the lack of caffeine because as soon as I got caffeine in my system on Saturday, my headache went away and never came back! Anyways, we ended up going to dinner around 5:30 PM. Even though it was tough to sit there and watch them eat, it wasn’t terrible because I had my chicken salad right before we left the house.

When I did my final weigh in, I had lost 7 lbs and just felt good. It’s hard to explain, but I just felt better overall! The Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse was a great experience, and is absolutely proven to work! To learn more about the Shakeology Cleanse, click here!

    This is irrelevant to the topic, but what are some alternatives to cheese? I like my sammiches.

  2. @Ronnie. There are always fat-free cheeses, but you don’t want to go overboard with them.

    i have a question, i am on day 1 of the cleanse because i hit a plateau, since it breaks weight loss plateaus will it also help you grow muscle faster than before? (im on p90x)

  4. @Austin. It’s going to give you more nutrients, but I don’t know about making your muscles grow faster.

  6. @Breakpoint. You’re going to want to complete the program before you do a Shakeology Cleanse because you’re not supposed to work out while doing it.
