After having a cheat meal on Thanksgiving and not working out over the weekend, I’ve decided to do the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse to clean out my system, help me lose a few pounds, and get me super lean so I can really start focuses on my mass gaining phase that I’m doing this winter. Last time I did the cleanse, I lost 6-7 lbs and couldn’t believe how great I looked and felt afterwards!
What is the Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse? The cleanse allows you to take in the most nutrients possible out of the fewest number of calories. It helps many people break out of a plateau, as it did for me, and lose weight and body fat in a healthy way. Here’s what the Shakeology cleanse involves..
- 3 Shakeology shakes per day (blended with ice and water)
- 2 Cups of Green Tea
- 1 piece of fruit
- 1 salad for dinner with low-fat dressing
- Lean protein- chicken, fish
- NO Dairy
You’re only supposed to do this a few times PER YEAR, so make sure you don’t go overboard by doing this every few weeks!
