can i use this if im only 15? does this contain creatine?
You will need to check with your doctor before using any supplement since you’re so young.
how do i use this before or after a work out ?it says after and dont eat for 30m but can i use it before my work out too ?
Just follow the directions on the bottle man. When I would take creatine, though, I would take some before and after each workout.
Can I mix this stuff in with like Jack3d or N.O. xplode and take them at the same time pre-workout? Didn’t know if this kind of thing was meant to be stacked with a pre-workout energy supplement. Thanks!

I currently take the recovery formula after every work out. I need to start the Creatine Monohydrate as my next step but need some usage guidance. Do I still need to intake the recovery formula if I take the Creatine Monohydrate post work out and if so can I mix them or should they be staged? If they need to be staged how much of a lapse should be taken?
