Superpump 250 Review

Superpump 250 reviewI wanted to wait to post a review on Superpump 250 until I used it for a little while, and it’s been about a week, which is enough time to know if it’s a good supplement or not. For those of you who don’t know, for the past 6 months I’ve been trying out different pre-workout supplements to find out which one is the best. So far I’ve used NO-Explode, Jack3d, 1.M.R., Black Powder, M5, and now Superpump 250. So what do I think about Superpump 250?

Superpump 250 Review

Like I said above, I’ve been using it for about a week now, and have had enough time to know if it’s a good pre-workout supplement or not. The first time I took it, I used two scoops and about 15 minutes I started to feel a rush of energy, but I think I waited too long to work out because that energy seemed to decrease when I started my workout, which was about 30 minutes later. I also got a slight stomach ache that stuck with me for most the workout. My workout that day was OK, and nothing special. I felt a slight increase in pumps, but my endurance didn’t increase, which is one thing I really like about 1.M.R.I think one of the problems that day was that I ate too close to my workout time, and the food might have soaked up some of the Superpump 250.

The next day I decided to try it without eating anything anywhere close to my workout time, and I had a little different experience. I had a slight stomach ache again right after taking it, but it wasn’t enough to stop me from working out. I decided to work out about 30 minutes after taking it, not 45 minutes, and I noticed a little difference. My energy levels were up, and I seemed to get better pumps as well. My endurance seemed to increase as well.

The most recent time I took it was probably the best experience I’ve had with it yet. I noticed that my endurance increased this time, but I hadn’t eaten anything for about 3-4 hours beforehand. I really got in a great workout and was able to really push myself.

All in all, Superpump 250 is a pretty good product, but I would definitely put 1.M.R. and Jack3d ahead of it on the list. However, today I’m going to try 3 scoops of Superpump 250 and see if that helps at all. I will keep you all updated and probably give one more review before I move on to the next supplement!

Just like I expected SP250 is an average pre-workout. Hemavol is so much better!

  2. @Jay. I will have to check out Hemavol. Thanks for the recommendation.

  4. @John. Thanks for the recommendation!

like i said, nothing compares to 1MR. u always need that unlimited amount it seems of energy that it gives u. and i usually take 1MR about 2 1/2 hours after eating and it seems to work great everytime. and i would recommend that u start ur workouts earlier after taking it instead of 30 min, start 15 min after, it works great. and if u think about it if u start 30 minutes after, u have to do the warmup first which is about 10 min anyways so ur really starting 40 minutes. if u start 15 min after taking it, then ur really starting 25 minutes so it kicks in when u start the real workout and keeps growing as the workout goes on. so try that next time, see what happens. and i heard alot about white flood, so u should try that sometime too and see how u like it. cheers!

what about pink magic or any other testerone products?

  7. @Brian. I think I’m going to try Pink Magic soon because I’ve been hearing some great things about it. I will make a post and let everyone know.

  8. The pre-workout products seem to all work different for different users, but I’m on the same page as John… of all I’ve tried (6 or 7), Hemo Rage is definitely at the top of my list. Besides working well, it mixes super easy and actually tastes pretty good (I think). Give it a shot down road, if you’re planning on more reviews.
