I wanted to wait to post a review on Superpump 250 until I used it for a little while, and it’s been about a week, which is enough time to know if it’s a good supplement or not. For those of you who don’t know, for the past 6 months I’ve been trying out different pre-workout supplements to find out which one is the best. So far I’ve used NO-Explode, Jack3d, 1.M.R., Black Powder, M5, and now Superpump 250. So what do I think about Superpump 250?
Superpump 250 Review
Like I said above, I’ve been using it for about a week now, and have had enough time to know if it’s a good pre-workout supplement or not. The first time I took it, I used two scoops and about 15 minutes I started to feel a rush of energy, but I think I waited too long to work out because that energy seemed to decrease when I started my workout, which was about 30 minutes later. I also got a slight stomach ache that stuck with me for most the workout. My workout that day was OK, and nothing special. I felt a slight increase in pumps, but my endurance didn’t increase, which is one thing I really like about 1.M.R.I think one of the problems that day was that I ate too close to my workout time, and the food might have soaked up some of the Superpump 250.
The next day I decided to try it without eating anything anywhere close to my workout time, and I had a little different experience. I had a slight stomach ache again right after taking it, but it wasn’t enough to stop me from working out. I decided to work out about 30 minutes after taking it, not 45 minutes, and I noticed a little difference. My energy levels were up, and I seemed to get better pumps as well. My endurance seemed to increase as well.
The most recent time I took it was probably the best experience I’ve had with it yet. I noticed that my endurance increased this time, but I hadn’t eaten anything for about 3-4 hours beforehand. I really got in a great workout and was able to really push myself.
All in all, Superpump 250 is a pretty good product, but I would definitely put 1.M.R. and Jack3d ahead of it on the list. However, today I’m going to try 3 scoops of Superpump 250 and see if that helps at all. I will keep you all updated and probably give one more review before I move on to the next supplement!
