Body Beast Review: 2 Week Update

Body Beast Review: Week 2

So I’ve been doing Body Beast for 2 weeks now and honestly, I can’t believe the RESULTS I’m getting already! I jumped on the scale yesterday just to see if I had gained any weight yet, and I was shocked to see that I was up 8 lbs! I’m currently at 176 lbs, 1 lbs lighter than I was when I began P90X 4 and a half years ago. However, I’m not a tubbo like I was back when first began P90X, but SOLID as heck! My biggest fear was that I was going to gain fat when I started, but that hasn’t been the case, and I can notice a HUGE difference everywhere, especially in my back and chest. My shirts are much tighter, and my wife Melinda keeps saying how much bigger and stronger I’m looking now. My shorts and jeans are very tight now as well, but again, not because I’m putting on fat, but building a TON of muscle in my legs. I might have to go shopping for a new wardrobe soon!

The Body Beast diet is tough. I’m not used to taking in so many calories, but I’m managing to do the best that I can. Whenever I think about eating, I eat, and no it’s not anything, but anything healthy that I can get my hands on. I’m eating a lot of fruits, veggies, peanut butter, Wheaties, Shakeology, protein shakes, chicken, eggs, oatmeal, and cottage cheese. I have not eaten any red meat like steaks since going through the Ultimate Reset and don’t plan on it either. I know they are packed with protein, but I don’t feel I need it anymore since I can get my protein from other sources. I’ve got to say, though, that I haven’t had this type of energy every day now that I’m eating this much, and my workouts are much more intense as well. I’m able to push harder than I normally push, which is helping tremendously with building mass.

The Body Beast supplements are awesome. I have been taking my MAX creatine and Suma pills with apple juice about 25 minutes before the workout, and have been drinking Tropical Shakeology blended with coconut almond milk, whey protein, the Fuel Shot, a banana, and another scoop of MAX creatine immediately post workout. At first I was feeling bloated with the creatine, but I don’t feel that much anymore. I really feel that the supplements have played a MAJOR role in my results so far!

So far I absolutely love this program, and like I’ve said before, I believe I’ve found my new favorite Beachbody Workout. This is more my style, and it’s fun listening to Sagi rip on his workout buddies every day! I’m excited about the results I’m getting and CAN’T WAIT to show you all my 90 day Body Beast results in a few months! I’m telling you, you will be BLOWN AWAY! Stay posted for more updated Body Beast reviews.
