So as you all may or may not know, Beachbody is coming out with a mass gaining program here soon called Body Beast. I’m excited about it and I know most of the people I coach are as well, but there are some questions that I keep getting asked. The one I’m going to focus on today is “What are the Body Beast Supplements?” Gaining mass has a LOT to do with nutrition, so it’s important that you’re taking in enough calories, eating the right food, and using the right supplements. From what I’ve gathered in the new Body Beast video, Beachbody is releasing a NEW line of supplements that contain the highest of quality to help you gain mass, and I’m going to go through those new mass gaining supplements now.
(1) Hardcore Base Shake. This is a whey protein isolate powder that contains about 18g of protein per serving. When it comes to different whey proteins, isolate is the purest and highest quality protein that you can find on the market.
(2) Fuel Shot. From what I have gathered from the video, this looks to be the new post workout recovery drink, similar to the P90X Recovery Formula. It contains Dextrose/Maltodextrine, which help reduce muscle soreness, fatigue, and restores the glycogen stores that you depleted from your workout.
(3) M.A.X Creatine. This is one I’m very excited about because I’ve done a lot of research over the years on creatine and have used it myself, and the best that I’ve found is creatine monohydrate, and the new M.A.X Creatine Body Beast supplement in indeed a creatine monohydrate. When I used creatine monohydrate in the past, it helped me build mass fairly quickly, and I got much, much stronger than I ever had been before. I’m real anxious to try this out!
(4) Super Suma. This is a brand new mass gaining supplement that will be released with the Body Beast supplements. Suma Root is a plant root that is used to increase energy, strength, and endurance, as well as boost natural testosterone. However, I’m not sure yet if that is the only ingredient that’s included in Super Suma, but I would imagine not. I will update you once I hear more!
From what I’m seeing the Body Beast supplements look LEGIT, and I’m pumped to try this new program out once it’s released! In addition to these mass gaining supplements, though, I will also be taking my Shakeology, which I use on a daily basis. Since calories will be my friend for this program, I will more than likely use it as a snack instead of a meal replacement like I have been. Anyways, these are the Body Beast supplements that will be recommended to use with the program, and if you have any questions, make sure you reach out to me! Again, I will keep you updated when I hear more about the Body Beast release date.
