You know, I was debating whether or not I should write this post, just for the mere fact that people would know that I have tried Brazil Butt Lift, but you know what, I’m comfortable enough with my manhood and will swallow my pride just to let you all know what this new home workout program is like. After Leandro Carvalho asked us men at the Coach’s Summit to turn around and jiggle our booties, I swore that I wouldn’t have anything to do with Brazil Butt Lift, but after much pressure coming from my amazing fiance Melinda, I decided to give it a shot. So, what did I think of this booty shakin’ program?
My Brazil Butt Lift Review
To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from this program. I was just looking to mix up my workouts a bit, and since Melinda was going through it, I decided to jump in and do one of the workouts with her that day. I thought that there was no way it would be intense enough for me to feel sore and get in a good workout, but Leandro proved otherwise.
The workout that we did was called “Bum Bum,” and then we did the “Tummy Tuck” afterward. When the workout first started, I couldn’t stop laughing because Leandro didn’t call it bum bum, no, he called it boom boom. His accent is hilarious, but I quickly stopped laughing when we started the exercises. We started doing all types of crazy exercises that really worked the upper legs and butt, one’s that I have never done before. About 20 minutes into it, not only was my rear completely numb, but I was drenched, and yes, I even had to take a break or two. Leandro doesn’t stop, and your legs are literally burning to the point where you have to take a short rest. When “Bum Bum” ended, I knew that I would be sore for a few days.
Once we were done with Brazil Butt Lift’s “Bum Bum” workout, we did the “Tummy Tuck,” which is an ab workout. Again, I thought that there was no possible way that it could compare to P90X’s Ab Ripper X, but not only did it compare, I thought it (hold on to your seat!) was better than ARX! I had not felt that kind of burn since the first time I did Ab Ripper X back in March of 2008! I had to take many breaks because of it being so tough. The exercises are very unique, and instead of just quick reps, Leandro incorporates a lot of isometric training along with it. It’s almost like a interval ab workout! From now on, I know what ab routine I’m going to be following because I want to conquer that workout!
As you read from my Brazil Butt Lift Review, Brazil Butt Lift completely surprised this P90X guy, and is something that I will definitely start incorporating into my routine. My butt and abs were sore for a good 3-4 days, and I now have a new respect for Leandro Carvalho. So guys, this workout can work for you just as it can the ladies!
