Best Workout for Buttocks
Yes, I am going there. We all know you women like to have that firm booty, but us guys pay attention to how our bum bum looks as well! However, it’s a muscle group that really isn’t focused on too often, and it’s tough to find great workouts for the butt. That’s why I’m going to take some time and talk about some of the best workouts for buttocks. These are workouts that I have personally done and HIGHLY recommend!
Best Workouts for Buttocks
(1) Brazil Butt Lift. It’s not too often that you come across an entire workout program that focuses on working the booty, but this is one of them! Even though I am a guy, I have no shame in admitting that I have completed this workout, and in my opinion it absolutely ROCKS! Don’t be fooled fellas, this is no walk in the park work out program. On top of how tough the exercises are that work the butt, the abs workout is no joke either. In fact, I would even go as far to say that it’s one of the toughest, if not THE TOUGHEST abs workout that I’ve done! If you really want a challenge, you can do what I did and use a 50 lbs weighted vest for each workout. Let me just say that you will have a hard time walking for DAYS afterwards! For you women, the Victoria’s Secret models do this workout. Enough said.
(2) P90X (Legs & Back). I don’t know what it is about this workout, but no matter how many times I do it, my legs and rear hurt for about a week afterwards! There are some great exercises in Legs & Back like the balance lunges and super skaters that really target the butt muscles. If you’re looking to develop your entire leg region, then Legs & Back is the workout for you.
(3) P90X2. Yeah, this is the brand new program that was JUST RELEASED a few weeks ago, and even though I have only done one workout (Plyocide), that was enough to put it on this list of best workouts for buttocks. There are some great new balance moves in Plyocide that really work the buttock region, and it makes me very curious just to how tough the new legs workout is going to be! (4) TurboFire. I’ve gone through this workout before with my wife Melinda, and it’s a tough one! It involves a lot of jumping around, and you will do some exercises that really target the butt muscles. Not only will you be doing cardio, but you will be doing resistance as well, both burning the fat and toning the muscle!
So if you’re looking for the best workouts for buttocks, the ones above are excellent! Like I said, these are the programs that I have personally gone through and experienced results with, and the ones that I highly recommend!
