Insanity Asylum Workout Program

**UPDATE: INSANITY ASYLUM NOW AVAILABLE! SEE BELOW**

Are you ready to get insane? I mean seriously, are you ready? The only reason I ask is because I thought that Insanity was crazy enough, and when I heard that Shaun T was coming out with a new home workout program, the Insanity Asylum, I knew we were in for it. Insanity is by far the most intense, toughest workout program that I have ever done, and as much as I hate doing it, I love it because it allows me to push myself well beyond my comfort zone, and those of you that understand fitness know that’s how you get the most results!

When does Insanity Asylum come out? The planned release date was supposed to be at the end of March, but they are saying it should be out sometime during the middle of April.

What is Insanity Asylum? It’s the new home workout program by Shaun T that supposedly is quite a bit more intense than the original Insanity program. I know a few of the people that were in the test group and the actual videos, and they are telling me that it really is that tough! What’s interesting about Insanity Asylum, though, is that it is the first of it’s kind to focus on sports training. There will be many exercises that focus on improving strength, balance, agility, coordination, and power, and help take your athletic conditioning to a whole new level!

How long is Insanity Asylum? It’s a 30 day program.

What equipment will I need? Most of the exercises will be done using body weight, but from what I hear, Shaun T also shows versions that include a chin-up bar and weights or resistance bands, which is what I will be doing. You will also need a speed rope and agility ladder.

Who should do Asylum? It’s important that you’re in top physical condition for Insanity Asylum. This is NOT a beginners program! I recommend that you at least go through P90X, Insanity, or another Beachbody program before starting this extreme program.
