P90X Challenge Group Review
For about 6 months now I have been running Challenge Groups for various programs like P90X, Insanity, P90X2, etc. and it’s truly UNBELIEVABLE the results that people are getting! I have been a Beachbody Coach for 3 and a half years now, and I have NEVER seen people stay more committed and get better results than they are with Challenge Groups. The reason is because not only do these people have me for support and accountability, they have an entire group, which usually consists of 8-12 people. They are required to post every day, post updated pictures every 30 days, drink Shakeology, and not skip a workout, and if they don’t follow through or fall off the wagon, there are quite a few people who will give them the kick they need to get back into gear! What’s happened is that people are staying motivated longer, seeing results quicker, and because of that, they don’t want to stop until they reach all of their goals! I’m seeing weight loss transformations occurring in 3 months that normally I don’t see until people are finished with their 2nd round. Anyways, here’s Anthony’s, a current Challenge Group member, P90X Challenge Group review!
P90X Challenge Group Review
“I would highly recommend a challenge group to anyone starting a beachi body program or continuing to strive towards their fitness goals. However, I cannot recommend these groups to everyone, I just can’t. You must be committed to not only the program but yourself! By joining one of these groups, you will find out if you can keep your word and follow through with it. If you can commit yourself for the full 90, 60, 30 or however many days that your program calls for, you will not only graduate from the program but… You will have achieved the greatest thing in the world…YOU COMMITTED AND YOU SUCCEEDED
When I joined this program I had started P90X about 5 times and Insanity once. Needless to say, I was not committed to the program! When you join a challenge group like this you will almost automatically feel like you are held accountable to the other members in the group. When they post (everyday) what workout they did that day and what they may have eaten, it inspires you. I finally finished my first round of P90X with the help of the challenge group! I went from 1 pull up to 11 ( something I am very proud of and am still working towards.) It all comes down to commitment. If you can commit yourself for 90 days you can achieve something that only a handful of people can say they completed. None of the programs are easy and many people fall off track due to that. That is what the challenge groups are for!”
