Brian’s P90X Challenge Group Review

“When starting the challenge group I was 7 weeks through my round of P90x. It is easy to get off track when there is no accountability and it is easy to skip a workout if you get distracted throughout the program. Through my first 7 weeks I was down 6 lbs and felt great about my fitness in general but will admit didn’t stay committed 100 percent to the workouts or the diets. When Josh mentioned the idea of starting challenge groups i thought it was a great idea as a way to stay motivated and accountable. In the past 6 weeks Since joining the group I have dropped an additional 10 lbs and find it as a motivator to get up and do the workouts. If the thought of skipping a workout comes up you have 4 or 5 guys in the same position as you doing the work and counting on you to stay committed and finish the journy together. I am looking forward to starting p90x2 on Jan 2nd and using this challenge group as a way to keep me motivated for the entire program this time and cannot wait to see and share my results.”
