P90X/TurboFire Hybrid -Day 5-

Yesterday was Day 5 of our round of P90X/TurboFire hybrid workout, and unfortunately, Melinda wasn’t able to work out with me. I asked her to do a few things for me yesterday, and before she knew it, we were ready to go out to dinner with the family. Since she missed yesterday’s P90X Legs & Back workout, she went head and did it this morning. However, I had time for the workout and am definitely feeling it today!

First, though, let me comment that my abs are STILL extremely sore from the Ab Ripper X workout that I did on Thursday. I really can’t remember the last time my abs hurt this bad! Anyways, P90X Legs & Back has always been one of my favorite workouts, mostly because there hasn’t been one time that I’ve done the workout and not gotten sore afterward. It’s the ONLY workout that that’s happened with! I enjoy soreness because I know that I’m making progress. Needless to say, today I’m very sore in my legs, rear, and calves. The workout went great yesterday!

Anyways, I just wanted to give you all an update and let you know that we are still on track! Melinda and I are about to do another TurboFire workout here in a bit.

    Keep Bringin It and thanks for the update…Ab Ripper X is the bomb, or maybe you feel like a bomb hit you after doing the workout. 😀

    I haven’t really experienced much soreness from Ab Ripper X. Probably because I’m unable to finish the whole workout, haha.
